Yeah, probably have to pay a 50 fee to enter a ballot to get a replacement season ticket that you've already paid for.

Dunno, because it's such a shambles it's always busy but me and Penners got seen in about 15 mins after Bournemouth although I guess that's no good for you. It's open early on maychdays I think.

Some people. I'd say if you went on a Friday, it'll take seconds. On a match day, the earlier you get there, the better. Not rocket science, is it?
